He looked me straight in the eye. "You"!----" you mean"! to share blankets with me. His voice was softer and sounded very amusing, as in if I was doing something wrong.

I froze, not knowing what to say- I finally answered. "Yes if you want to it's fine with me"!, I said confidently. Liam looked around to see if anyone was here listening to us.

He then shook his head, smiled, and lay down next to me. I did the same-then started to chat. You wanted me to tell you about Cayson and all that happened between us right. I said in a shuddery voice.

"Right"! he said twisting and turning to feel more comfortable. He stretched his feet and brushed his hair backward with his hand, then turned around to peek at me.

I looked back at him----" How did you guys meet"?! he asked me. I curled up beside him. Trying to fight the tears from slipping down my face and drowning me.

I finally responded--------------

You know when I always wanted to find out about my parents and if they were related to me. He was the DNA doctor, I said as I sniffed. Liam sat up from his sleeping spot and covered his skin with the rest of the blanket.

Are you saying he was the doctor when you arrived there asked Liam? "Yes"!, I said as I shook my head. Liam came closer to me---I did not know why but I didn't move. He made me felt safe and strong and was the only person I could trust.

There was just something about him that made me feel good. I slowly looked at him, he then said----"Lona"! you were set up, that had to be a setup "Did you recognize anything weird of Cayson and your parents"?

My mind went back to what happened. "Yes"!, I said as I brushed my hair behind me. He was my neighbor, he knew my adopted parents, he came to my school, the dance, he gave me a dress, he was even seen at my gym. Liam looked at me in astonishment, "that's odd"! he said.

He even kissed me, when I attempted suicide. I regretted kissing that bastard-- I-I. I suddenly stopped realizing what I was saying. It was unfair for me to be talking about this around Liam, but he didn't seem to mind at all. "Suicide"! said Liam as he licked and pursed his lips-he then laid his head onto his pillow and grew silent.

I laid my head on my pillow too and continued-he tricked me and used me, told me that I was beautiful, that I was sweet and kind but he didn't mean anything. "He broke my heart Liam"!said Lona. Liam sat up again from his comfortable spot just to talk to me. I could see the sadness in his eyes. Soon he rubbed my hair slowly and curled it around my neck. I looked at him, wondering why he was touching my hair and so slow. This triggered my emotions and my heart started to beat with his. My cheeks flaming Scarlett------I looked up at him. He froze and realized what he was doing. "I'm sorry"! he said removing his hand from my hair, his eyebrows creased at my sight. Taking in a lungful of air he quietly went back to sleep and of course, I went to sleep too. Before I drifted, It flashed back in my mind- when touching my hair, he said sorry like he couldn't help himself.

The Next day--------------------------

I awoke by the sound of the horses neighing, Liam was tying the horses unto the trees so that they wouldn't trample away and the reason for it is because if they did someone would steal them. The sun warmed my stomach and glistened in my eyes, birds chirping and the ocean waves making a wonderful sound loud enough to wake anybody.

Except for Liam, I turned around and stretched feeling determined and hoping to find the witch Island today. I licked my lips and cupped my left hand over my mouth to smell my morning breath. I then felt someone's presence. Liam's arm was wrapped around my shoulder and was faced to me making me feel warmly illuminated, fascinated, and numb by his touch. The sun glistened unto his face and body. Throughout the past few days, I haven't realized how beautiful he was.

I stroked his forehead and felt his hair. It was very soft and comforting, I could stay here and feel it all day.

"Wake up Liam"?! I whispered in his ear. He hadn't woke as yet! so I decided to buy breakfast. I grabbed my satchel from the tent and stuffed my journal in the bag. A few gold coins were left in my box so I grabbed three and went off to buy food. At the stall, there were honey cakes, fried fish, corn dogs, and other tasty food.

After ordering the food. I realized Liam had already woken up. As soon as I went up to the tent I tripped clumsily, losing my balance I fell on top of him. Trying to avoid all the drama I quickly got up.

"I'm very clumsy"!, I said as I sat down. "Here is your breakfast"! He quickly took it without hesitation-Liam said nothing to me. We barely spoke at breakfast but exchanged a couple of smiling glances.
I took out my journal and copied a few pages. I went deep into my head. I began singing---------------

Where the sunsets
There lay the circle
Under the waves
There you may wail
You will meet one, not of your kind. But the true witch will be the one to find.

Liam gobbled up the rest of his breakfast. "Thank you Lona"! he said to me with a soft voice. I smiled at him and continued.
As I continued I realized that he was gaping at me, he was staring at me with his mouth open. I cut off- "No, please don't stop"! you sound amazing said, Liam.

I blushed to the point that for the past fifteen years that I lived on this planet I've never gotten a compliment from a boy. And I finally did.

Liam was still gaping at me, "thank you"! I said with the most appreciation. After singing the song ten more times with more determination, the seawater started bubbling fast. Wondering what it was, Liam asked-------- "Lona"! what is that in a confused voice? "I don't know"! I said confused too-- "but it happened after I sang the spell song"!, I continued. We ran closer to the shore and leaned over while our knees sank into the sand. The water formed a giant blue curvy arrow that pointed in the direction of South. Liam looked at me with surprised eyes- "witch"!he said and smiled at me. My cheeks flamed Scarlett, Liam said witch like it was the best compliment ever compared to Cayson's words
