Aaron joined the Baggies on a one-year deal from non-league side Rushall Olympic during the 2022/23 season.

Harper-Bailey is a left-footed central defender, who excels in aerial duels and is benefitting from learning in a full-time academy environment at The Hawthorns for the first time.

A towering presence at the back, Aaron made huge strides in his development under Richard Beale - playing an impressive 28 matches across all competitions for the U21s.
