3 nights in the Galtees. 100km winds on first day so we had to get off the ridge and change our path. Wouldn't have changed anything, this is a great track. Day 2 campsite is next to small waterfall.
Second highest peak in the Galtees at just over 800 meters, the trailhead is on the R639 between Cahir and Mitchelstown, just off the Dublin to Cork Motorway. On leaving Cahir, pick up signs for the Kilcoran Lodge Hotel ...
