Description: A semi-shrub penstemon, rocky-ledge penstemon or beardtongue thrives in hot, dry spots. Perfect for alpine or rock gardens, the long blooming, pink to purple flowers will attract bees of all kinds and hummingbirds.

Found in Nature: Cliffs, ledges, rocky outcrops

Distribution: Western North America to the Rocky Mountains
