Job Desctiption:
Food and beverage supervisors oversee the inventory of all food and beverages in an establishment. They conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
Hire, train and supervise food and beverage service staff.
Schedule staff hours.
Order dining room supplies and equipment.
Take reservations.
Greet guests and assign tables.
Settle customer complaints.
Selection Criteria:
Proven experience as food and beverage supervisor or similar role.
Excellent people skills with a customer service orientation.
Outstanding leadership abilities.
Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
More than 3 years experience in the Food & Beverage Section
