+++ RARE MINERAL +++ LABUNTSOVITE-MG from Zhelezny Mine, Kvodor, Kola, Northern Region, Russian Federation Rare complex silicate species Labuntsovite-Mg from it's Type Locality. It forms white prismatic cristals with with pale brown catapleite rosettes and yellowish dolomite. Labuntsovite-Mg is usually orange-brown coloured because of iron impurity . This specimen is with no iron content. Good rich piece with crystals. The specimen size 2.0cm x 2.4cm x 2.1cm --------------------------------------------------------------------- I’m a professional geologist/mineralogist, with analytical background.
