The bread tastes particularly great when baked in a wooden baking frame. The wooden baking frames are made of solid beech wood and give the bread a great taste, like wood-fired bread from the country. Give it a try! You can find other great recipes for bread in our baking books.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g mild raw ham in pieces
  • 1 bunch of parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, coarsely chopped
  • 40g yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3MB water
  • 500 g flour, type 405
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 20 g lard

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the ham, parsley and chives through the lid opening into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds / hour 4 and transfer. Add yeast, sugar, water, flour, salt and lard to the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading setting. Mix in the ham and herb mixture about 20 seconds before the end of the time. Form the dough into a loaf or put it in a mold, cut crosswise and brush with water. Let it rise in the oven at 40°C for about 20 minutes and then bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Place a bowl of water in the oven.
