Glassjaw release New White Extremity

Glassjaw return with new song from first album in 13 years

Post-hardcore Long Island band Glassjaw earned fame in the early 2000s, but haven’t released a full album since 2002’s Worship And Tribute. Rumors about another LP have gone back a decade, and the band released an EP in 2011, but stayed mum about a potential collection.

Now, they’re back. On Tuesday, Glassjaw released “New White Extremity,” the first track from the anticipated follow-up.

“This is a song about walking out of your front door,” lead singer Daryl Palumbo told NPR. “Thanks for the [patience] and we hope you enjoy.”

Glassjaw are set to tour next year with Coheed and Cambria.
