Gaile Lok is getting married again
14 Jun - She previously denied rumours that she and boyfriend Ian have tied the knot. But now, model Gaile Lok revealed that the two of them are engaged and soon to be married.
As reported on Tencent, the model, known as the ex-wife of Hong Kong Cantopop King Leon Lai shared recently that she and Ian will be holding their wedding in August.
"It will be held in California and it will be a simple ceremony. We will only invite our loved ones, meaning there will only be around 50 guests that include friends and family members," she said.
However, Gaile said that she has no plans to hold a banquet in Hong Kong.
The model shared that Ian popped the question last August when they were in the United States for a holiday.
"We went to Sonoma County in the northern part of California. He said he wanted to celebrate his birthday with me. I didn't know he wanted to propose."
Gaile added that since they were at a grass field on their own at the time, they didn't take any photos to remember the occasion.
"I just took a mental picture of it," she said with a laugh.
