  • Related speciesCoronidium aff. rutidolepis has been separated into C. gunnianum and C. montanum (previously Foothills and Alps form). C. montanum has leaves that are smaller, to 4 cm long, the same colour and hairy on both sides, with a pointed tip. Flowers are bright yellow to orange. Stems are branching. It occurs in mountains and may occur within the Shire. Both are similar to Coronidium scorpioides which is unbranched, has broad basal leaves in a rosette and larger flowers.
