Description of the <strong>Change</strong>:<br />

In an effort to make our product line more compatible with<br />

regulatory and environmental guidelines, we are changing the volume manufacturing process for<br />

our products to make them RoHS compliant according to <strong>Aavid</strong> Thermalloy specification RoHS<br />

9000. (Available at http://www.aavidthermalloy.com/RoHS.shtml ).<br />

This product is already compliant. <strong>Product</strong> that is RoHS compliant is identified with a “G”<br />

suffix at the end of the part number as shown above in product affected. This change is to update<br />

our internal system with the “G” identifier.<br />

Volume <strong>Product</strong>ion:<br />

Volume production is available now.<br />

New orders should be placed for the “G” suffix product. Please adjust your current order so that<br />

they can be filled accordingly depending upon stock and availability.<br />

Customer Impact:<br />

This is a part number change only. Please update your internal<br />

documentation to reflect the “G” suffix and amend all outstanding purchase orders with <strong>Aavid</strong>-<br />

Thermalloy to reflect the new part number.<br />
