Hangtown Fry
2 Eggs1 TBS Milk3-6 Raw Oysters (3 larger, cut in half or 6 Small)2 Slices Bacon, Cut into 6 pieces eachBeat egg with milk, set aside. Cook bacon over medium heat until almost cooked. Add oysters, cook about 30-45 seconds until the edges start to curl. Lower heat and add egg mixture. Stir around on low until eggs are cooked through. That's it!
