Hangtown Fry

2 Eggs
1 TBS Milk
3-6 Raw Oysters (3 larger, cut in half or 6 Small)
2 Slices Bacon, Cut into 6 pieces each
Beat egg with milk, set aside. Cook bacon over medium heat until almost cooked. Add oysters, cook about 30-45 seconds until the edges start to curl. Lower heat and add egg mixture. Stir around on low until eggs are cooked through. That's it! Enjoy what was considered this very expensive dish during the California Gold Rush!
