So this was our dinner while we watched the Huskies losing to UCLA.  I substituted our pork chop for the veal and used our shallots and a local dairy’s butter.  Here’s everything cooking:

The sauce was quite creamy and not very paprika-y.  I had mine on spaghetti squash, and Tom had egg noodles.  It was declared very good by all and likely to be repeated.

Once again the restaurant is not on google and the Claremont Hotel is now Hotel Andra with a Tom Douglas restaurant.  I am not a Tom Douglas fan so consider this a downward move.
