恋肚脐（英语：Navel fetishism、belly button fetishism或alvinophilia）[1][2][3][4]是一种认为人类的肚脐产生性吸引力的恋物癖类型。[5][6][7][8][9][10][11]

一项研究指出，它在恋物癖之中的盛行率居中[12]；在2012年时，依据月平均统计，它是Google热门关键字搜寻排行上第2热门的恋物癖词汇。[13]

刺激[编辑]

在肚脐上放冰块可以增加情欲。

恋肚脐癖者的欲望可以透过各种刺激来唤起，包括一些关键词、想法或与肚脐相关的物件。[1][2][14][15][16][17]

肢体活动[编辑]

肚脐环。

一些与肚脐的肢体活动可以唤起恋肚脐癖的性欲[1][14][18][19]。这些肢体行为包括用舌头舔肚脐或是用防晒乳、乳液等液体涂抹肚脐。一些恋肚脐癖者会舔拭或吸吮倾倒在肚脐周围的香槟、蜂蜜、巧克力酱、鲜奶油等物品来诱发性欲[20][21]。同样地、在水底下用舌头舔肚脐[16][22][23][24]，用冰块放置在肚脐上或用冰块摩擦肚脐都可以产生色情感。[16][25]

肚脐是一个高度敏感的性感带[2][26][27]，当手指或舌头轻触肚脐和肚脐下方的区域时，性欲会因此萌生[16][27][28][29]，有些人的该区域更是敏感[30]。这些方式包括对肚脐搔痒、舔拭、呼气、或是用羽毛、花瓣挑逗[2][31][32]，对肚脐指交也是常见的作法。[22][23][33]

一些人则喜欢从事虐待肚脐的行为，例如吸或拉扯肚脐（通常使用注射器），将热油或蜡油滴在肚脐上、用针刺肚脐[34]或穿肚脐环[1][2][7][35][36]

恋肚脐癖者通常会将焦点放在伴侣的肚脐上[34][37]，但也可能对自己的肚脐产生兴趣。[38][39][40][41]

土耳其的一名性工作者表示，有些男性会试图以他们的阴茎插入她的肚脐来进行性交。[42][43]

观看与幻想[编辑]

一些恋肚脐癖者会观看他人的肚脐来满足欲望。在异性恋男性的情况下、观看穿比基尼、低腰裤、露脐上衣的女性就是这样的例子，而主动露出肚脐也被视为可以产生性刺激[44]。印度记者巴奇·卡尔卡里亚（Bachi Karkaria）曾经评论：“肚脐是一块性感带，这就是为什么暴露它会成为一种时尚，女人已经知道男人会为它而倾倒。”[45]

上述的肢体动作很普遍地出现在世界各地的影视里，而且比一般的色情影片更为普及[46][47] 模特儿Wonder Hussy在她的部落格中曾张贴恋肚脐癖的影片，在影片里、她用手指逗弄自己的肚脐[48]。其它模特儿，例如Elan kane[49] 、Indica[50]等也都有刊登过类似的影片。

当肚皮舞者在跳舞时，通常会在自己的肚脐上穿环或以亮片装饰，让她们的表演更具魅力[45]，不仅是表演者，许多女性在日常生活中也会以提升魅力为由在自己的肚脐上加以点缀[51]。这类型的装饰也能对恋肚脐癖者产生性刺激[31]。在印度，纱丽露出肚脐的比例比西方服装更高[52]，而对于一些印度男人来说，女性露出肚脐会被认为是在施加性刺激。[53]

有时候、只要光凭幻想而不必实际看到肚脐就能产生性刺激[54]，一些恋肚脐癖者可以只靠幻想肚脐来产生性快感[55]。萨摩亚人发现投向肚脐的视线可以产生性刺激。[56]

情色书刊[编辑]

1970年，金赛学院刊行一份短命的杂志《肚脐杂志》（Belly Button Magazine），仅仅描述了对肚脐进行性交等对腹部的物理行为的图像。[57][58] 2011年，出版成人漫画的MTJ出版公司发表一期肚脐特辑《NAVEL MANEUVERS 1: Bellybutton-Tickling Erotica》[59]2014年，一份名为《BELLYBUTTON FETISH: Erotic and naughty stories for bellybutton lovers》的色情电子刊物在亚马逊网站上贩售。[60][61][62]同年，MTJ出版了第二期的肚脐特辑。[63]

延伸至其它恋物癖[编辑]

恋脐癖者通常也会有恋腹癖[1][64] 有一些则与虐恋关连，因为一些恋脐癖者喜欢施加或接受对肚脐的虐待。[65] 另外有一些人会偏向从事物理行为，例如肚控（Belly）的人或增肥癖（Feederism）者或会刻意扩张肚子。[66]

早期[编辑]

在1990年代末期，有一些麻雀虽小、五脏俱全的网站供恋脐癖者分享讯息，例如 ProBoards 或 InsideTheWeb，这些网络论坛有着不同的恋物癖主题，但是在更大型的色情网站和社交网站大量出现之后，这些网站一个接着一个地停止营运了。[66]

以下是一些偏好肚脐的名人：

  • 美国歌手玛丹娜在1985年5月接受《Spin》杂志采访时表示：“我最喜欢的钮扣（button）是我的肚脐（belly button），我有着完美无缺的肚脐：它内凹、没有细毛，当我用手指按在肚脐上时，我感受到一股力量从身体的中心射往我的脊椎。若是把一百个肚脐放在墙上，我肯定能挑出哪个是属于我的。”[69][70]。在表演中露出肚脐成了她的招牌。[71][72][73]
  • 美国演员萨尔·米涅奥（英语：Sal Mineo）有恋肚脐癖。他的伙伴Courtney Burr 在一次采访里表示自己认识到米涅奥的恋肚脐癖[74]。在《Sal Mineo: A Biography》一书中，作者Michael Gregg Michaud写道：“萨尔有一种无可救药的性欲。”Courtney解释：“我们在性方面很契合，如果我们有时间，可以做一整天的爱。我发现他对肚脐有着偏好，他喜欢我的肚脐，会戳弄肚脐。”[75][76]

美国电视演员玛丽亚·曼努诺斯（英语：Maria Menounos）在2012年6月11日的霍华德·斯特恩秀（英语：The Howard Stern Show）上表示，她在某次医疗期间遭到多名医生性骚扰，并指出其中一名男性医生评论她的肚脐“性感”、接着摸了摸她的肚脐环。玛丽亚·曼努诺斯表示她不想把事情闹大，所以没有提出告诉。[88][89][90]
