Elisha Cuthbert is Maxim’s most beautiful woman on TV, but she disagrees

Maxim may have named Elisha Cuthbert TV's most beautiful woman, but she doesn't exactly consider that a happy ending.

The 30-year-old "Happy Endings" star, who makes an old-Hollywood glam appearance on the magazine's March cover, thinks a number of other small-screen babes deserve the title over her.

"To think that one person could be the most beautiful when there’s Kaley Cuoco, Sofía Vergara, Zooey Deschanel? They’re all stunning," Cuthbert said, referring to the stars of "The Big Bang Theory," "Modern Family," and "New Girl," respectively.

On her ABC sitcom, Cuthbert plays a ditzy blonde who has an off-on relationship with a man she once jilted at the altar. She co-stars with fellow blond beauty Eliza Coupe, who plays her older sister, and Casey Wilson, who stars as her formerly perma-single friend.

"Being on a show with two other beautiful women, this is gonna make going to work very uncomfortable," the Calgary native said of her Maxim title.

But Cuthbert, who is engaged to Canadian hockey player Dion Phaneuf, is a natural choice for Maxim's most beautiful small-screen star. She regularly appears on the men's magazine's annual "Hottest Women" list (2002-2004, 2011, and 2012), has graced its cover four times, and is considered one of the "Girls of Maxim."

The magazine's March 2013 issue hits newsstands on Tuesday.
