Payee Maintenance

Payee Maintenance stores information on the payees for Non Creditor Payments.


Payees are automatically created when you process a non creditor payment.


Header Area



Payee - is the Name as Entered during a non creditor Payment. Edit it if necessary or F4 to look up additional entries as this is a free text field it may have been duplicated. Once selected you can select the move transactions and delete option below.


Bank Name - Payee's bank name


Bank Branch - Bank Branch of payee. This may refer to the bank code


Bank Account - Payee's bank account number


Move transactions for this payee to another payee. This payee will then be deleted - Click this if payee wish to transfer one's transaction to another payee.


Query Tab

There is only one relevant query in Payee Maintenance and that is the Cheques for Payee, which displays all the cheques that have been paid to the payee.



BR - (Branch Only) this will show the ID of which branch the Non-Creditor Payment was made in.


Reference - Reference Number of Invoice


Date -Date the Invoice was posted


Amount - Amount that was Invoiced


Bank - Name of payee's bank


Type - Type of Invoice done

Query options are available (left to right) - Filter by, Open current, Search, Save, Print/Preview query


Payees can be added or deleted.


To add - Type Payee name and press F2 to save.


To delete - Find Payee and press Shift + F2.
