In this course we will not work with advanced geodatabase manipulation. You should, however, have an understanding of what a Geodatabase is and how it is constructed (at least according to ESRI). Please complete Module 1 of "Creating, Editing, and Managing Geodatabases for ArcGIS 9". You should have the necessary access code to register. Just go to the ESRI campus web site.
When you are finished with Module 1 take the exam. At the top of the table of contents you will see a little mortarboard:
Click on this and then click the "completed" link. You should get a certificate like this:
Print this certificate, or screen capture and send it to the TA.
