Incredibly difficult to share tickets without getting others to also sign up to Ticketek. Once tickets are shared, others should be able to add it directly to their Wallet.

Appalling. Frequent glitches with sharing and recalling tickets. Ticietek appear to have total disregard for customers and are uncontactable. I can only hope they go bankrupt.

This is a terrible app even worse than their website. Had to wait an hour before accessing ticket information. Then, when going to pay, the system timed out and had to start the process again. This was partially due to the seating map that didn't show where the area the seats were located. It was just a map. The irony was in choosing the best available seat option the second time l went to purchase the seats were in a better position. Unfortunately, ticketed have no desire to improve it.
