The women's golf program has added local product Lindsay Reens to its 2019 recruiting class, with Reens recently signing her Letter of Intent to join the Saints. 

Reens, who hails from Walker, Michigan, attends school at Grand Rapids West Catholic High School. Reens is a four-year varsity golfer at West Catholic, and participates in the First Tee of West Michigan. 

Lindsay helped West Catholic to a conference title in 2015, and individually has earned Honorable-Mention All-Conference honors. She is a two-time individual MHSAA State Finals qualifier, in 2016 and 2018. Said Reens, "Aquinas felt like home to me and a place where I can excel both on and off the course."

Said head coach Lauren Grogan, "Lindsay is a local talent who is well-known in the area. We are excited to have her continue her career here in Grand Rapids and with our golf program. She is putting in a lot of work in the off season to get prepared for next fall and that is exciting to see." Reens will study Education at Aquinas College.
