1. Arride has bought the "In App Doubt Solving" feature to help faculties and students as under:

2. Content Expiry and Feature Expiry

The additional expiry of some features of the software (both Windows and Android) beyond Content Expiry is called Feature Expiry.

Content Expiry is for -> Videos, PDF, Doc (Content Related Items)
Feature Expiry is for -> Features like 'In App Doubt Solving',.... with more to come...

To help students during their self study After content expiry this feature continues to be available as follows.
For Fixed Expiry Date Keys 3 months more than the Fixed expiry date
For Number of Days Expiry Keys Equal to number of days of expiry of the key subject to a maximum of 6 months


 On Windows the Q&A button in ContentBrowser will remain active after Content Expiry until Feature Expiry.

 On Android the Q&A button on the app home screen will remain active after Content Expiry until Feature Expiry.

4. How to Setup "In App Doubt Solving" in Your Backend

  1. To start using this feature you need an active content set(Subject) on Arride’s Backend & Updated Windows Software & Android App

  2. Now you need to activate/create the Q & A in that specific content set from Arride’s Backend. In this step you can also allow access of any other content set’s Q & A if you are having same or related contents, (for example you have created a Q & A in Accounts Regular Content, you can allow access of Accounts Regular Content in Accounts FastTrack Content or in Combo Content)

  3. After creating Q & A now you need to assign minimum 1 faculty to that content set who is going to answer the students query.

  4. To assign a faculty you will need to first add the faculty to the “faculty database”, for this go to Manage Faculties tab available in “Browse Content Sets” and fill up the faculty details asked there it will get verified through OTP and after that it will added to Faculty Database.

  5. After completing all the above procedure now ask Arride’s Support Member to generate new config file with Q & A enabled in that Content Set for both Windows & Android.

  6. Now Provide the updated Windows Software / Android App to your student and you are ready to use this feature.
