Generally good, but if you are dealing with a misrepresented object you will not get help from invaluable. Buyer beware. Check the reviews of the auction house, check their BBB rating if any, and check over your item very carefully before bidding.

if you subscribe to their service, good luck, trying to cancel your subscription they make it very very very difficult. It's one of these automatic renewing things, which should be easy to cancel, but it's not.
Fast forward, two weeks later. I'm going to add the following to the above review: I received an email from Invaluable two weeks later indicating they would refund the $250 Renewal Charge. While I appreciated that, I think to make automatic renewals difficult to cancel remains a poor business practice and does not engender goodwill. Some businesses make it easy as checking a box. Either way you tend to remember how you were treated by the vendor.

The company's customer service is non existent. Invaluable has little to no influence over the dealers and the Auctions that are conducted on their platform. Invaluable is just a middle man that collects a fee. They claim no responsibility for anything. If you would like to deal with a fair business, please look elsewhere.
The situation below makes me believe that INVALUABLE allows and profits from sellers massively defrauding the platform’s customers.
A friend of mine, who is also a VIP Invaluable member, bought an item via Invaluable platform from JB Military Antiques in Australia and I was acting on his behalf throughout the transaction.
After not receiving the WW2 belt and buckle for multiple months, I contacted the Auction in Australia and they said that the item was lost during the shipping process, but the have not provided any supporting evidence and any documents verifying that the item was lost and the copy of the shipping label. I have absolutely no clue whether the lot was either shipped to the wrong address, seized, lost, or even shipped at all.
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get the information from JB Military Antiques, I contacted invaluable to help me in resolving the situation. After ten + emails, the customer service representative still had absolutely no clue what I wanted from them and saw nothing wrong that JB Military lied to me on multiple occasions and did not provide any requested documentation. As previously said, the goal of a customer care team is to run you around in circles and play dumb claiming no responsibility for the Auction's actions.
It is unbelievable that I have not received the LOT in four months and neither INVALUABLE or JB Military Antiques could provide any single documented proof confirming that the $700 LOT was lost.
I will never deal with Invaluable or any auction that works with this platform again. Complete scam.

Unfortunately this site allows sellers to peddle counterfeit goods and does nothing about it. I've seen numerous fake Louis Vuitton and Chanel. When questioned about it they advised to contact the seller. I did and the seller did nothing about it.
If is not safe to buy from this site unless you are experienced in authentication.

There are some really good items and sellers but a large majority of the auction houses doing regular auctions are selling fakes. They are also not providing any legitimate source of appraisal in many cases, trying to get more than retail at an auction for jewelry. It is especially difficult purchasing jewelry online as the photos tend to not do it justice. The platform would be great if they would remove the bad sellers.

sometimes your bid may appear to be the highest on invaluable and you can still lose the auction as the item is listed on multiple sites and therefore your never a 100% certain youve offered your best.good site overall.
It would also be good if invaluable requests coa (from artist estates or licensed printers not some rubbish coa from the seller )as compulsory on old masters lithographs.Ive been been conned by a few picasso lithographs sellers that sell monthly on invaluable till today that arent worth even the frame which sometimes arrives damaged.

I think I've broken the code on bidding -- put all you can spare according to the date of the auction if you really, really want the item, as I have done, and I got relatively low strike prices for far less than my highest bid. STEER CLEAR they sell fake German ww2 daggers, bayonets, flags, badges and more and they’ll say that they advertised it that way you won’t be refunded, there’s a group on Facebook complaining about this auction house! They’ll probably be shut down eventually 😡

I like the layout during the auction because it is easier to check on sold items than to do the same thing on other similar bidding sites. The photos are usually clearer, and questions asked are quickly answered by sellers. Invaluable's site gives a more comprehensive picture of offered lots which is easier to use.

I very much enjoy the auction process. It takes patience, strategy and good timing to win a bid. It creates excitement and makes the day more fun and interesting. I got lucky today. I was able to win some excellent Morgan Silver Dollar coins at very reasonable prices which fit my budget! Thank you for providing good product and providing a fair and speedy process at the same time!
