Enrollment in Bailiwicks Classes is for an entire academic year, other than as described in month-to-month enrollments .

Tuition is non-refundable (with the exception of when classes are cancelled by a Sage or Bailiwicks).

Students will be allowed to transfer enrollment to another class on the Groove Shack Campus if there is a suitable class which has an opening. A pro-rated remaining balance of the current class will be applied to the new class (if the new class is the same price and length, no additional tuition will be due).

Some classes may not be open for transfer due to the nature of the projects. Some classes may require an audition or level assessment before transfer is permitted.

In the instance of unforeseeable extenuating circumstances, such as severe illness or a move out-of-state, a family may request a partial refund of tuition. These refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not in any way guaranteed.
