Antina Unde (gond dryfruits laduu)
Ingredients

4 cup dry coconut grated

1/2 cup jagarry

1 cup almonds

3/4 cup cashews

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup pista

4 sp raisins
-
4 sp black raisins

4 dry anjeer

1/2 cup dates deseeded

1 sp dry ginger powder(saunth)

1 sp cardmum powder

6 cloves
-
2 sp poppy seeds
-
2 sp aliv

1/2 cup edible gum(gond)

as needed Ghee/oil
Cooking Instructions

Chopp almonds,cashews,walnuts,pista gather all ingredients.

Heat ghee and fry chopped dry fruits to golden,fry dates, raisins and gum.

Fry aliv,poppy seeds, coconut (don't change the colour).

Now grind coarsely in mixi jar (dryfruits,dates and raisins,cloves, coconut,gum),add aliv and poppy seeds combine them,then add saunth,cardmum powder give it a nice mix.

Now prepare jaggery syrup to one string consistency adding little water,add the syrup to dryfruits mix and mix it well.

Shape in laddus while it's warm.
