Earned first team All-American honors on floor at USAG Collegiate Nationals in final season for Big Red ... scored a 9.7 or higher ten times throughout the season ... took home share of floor title with a season-best 9.900 at GEC Championship ... also grabbed second against Bridgeport and share of third at Rutgers quad meet with identical scores of 9.825 ... also saw action on beam with four scores of 9.600 or higher, highlighted by share of individual title and new program-best 9.925 during Empire State Collegiate Championship ... scored a 9.800 on beam at Ivy Classic to help Big Red set a new program record of 48.450 in event ... named a GEC Scholar-Athlete. 
 
2022-23 I JUNIOR SEASON
Qualified as an individual for the USAG Collegiate Nationals on beam and floor ... spent the season in the beam and floor lineup ... third on the team on floor with her 9.755 NQS ... won beam and posted the fifth-highest score in school history (9.850) at the Big Red Invitational ... second on floor (9.800) at the Ivy Classic ... was 9.8 or better on floor in three meets ... named a GEC Scholar-Athlete.

2021-22 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Did not see varsity action ... earned Gymnastics East Conference Scholar Athlete honors.

2020-21 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Served as a team co-captain at Galaxy Gymnastics ... won the New Jersey State Level 10 Beam; also finished fourth in the all-around (2019) ... served as the Women’s Junior Olympics First Alternate at Nationals (2019) ... three-time Level 10 regional qualifier; 2015 Eastern Championship qualifier.

PERSONAL
Alexandra Sembos Quiana is the daughter of Scott and Sophia Sembos ... her older brother, Sebastian, was a gymnast at the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign ... her aunt, Karen Quiana, graduated from Cornell ... enrolled in the College of Engineering.
