Let’s claim our sovereignty, deepen in connection and choose healing for ourselves, other humans and for the world. As women this is our true gift. It is also a path to healing.

We will be journeying through seven themes and aspects of woman: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, creative, sensual and spiritual. These will be our guiding stars and the map with which we navigate.

Merging Science & Soul, as always, we will dedicate teaching sessions to the hormonal dance and the play of consciousness of woman, how everything is interconnected. You will receive material for reading and also recipes, supplement recommendations and bio-hacks for supporting the female body.

Whether you’re on a journey of self-discovery and healing of the physical, emotional or spiritual, this is for you.

Emerging from a physical, emotional and energetic healing journey of womanhood and experiencing support and healing that was far from my deepest needs in the western medicine system, I now feel it is time to embark on a deeply nurturing and healing program that addresses all aspects of womanhood - including the spontaneous aliveness of woman - that which naturally arises when we are in balance hormonally, emotionally and holistically (holistic meaning on a whole, holy and healing level).

Everything is interlinked. Everything we think, feel, do, believe in, prioritise, skip and procrastinate has an effect on our health, our healing and finding our way home to ourselves. Let’s explore the truest, deepest and most beautiful path, together.

During science sessions, we will talk nutrition, sleep, touch, movement, the connection between the sex organs, pelvis and jaws/neck, how emotional response stays in the body and creates an environment that perpetuates the emotions. We till look into the power of the mind and the greater power of mindlessness. Heartfulness at its core.

Hormonally, we will intimately get to know our moon cycle and how it does correspond with the seasons and phases of the moon, as well as our fluctuating needs during the month. We will also see how intimately linked our hormonal axis is: diving into the medicine of feedback loops and balances of the hormones of sleep, thyroid (energy), stress (adrenals) and reproduction (sex organs.)

In the soul sessions, we will practice deep ancient practices designed for woman awakening and healing. We will explore ourselves in dance, movement, voice activation, devotional singing, deep relationship to our womb and the womb of all creation. We will tap into healing of the ancestral lineage, meditations, practice ancient healing techniques and yogas, breathe deeply and fully and most of all - share vulnerably in a circle of beloved sisters. Intimate, safe and held. Connecting to oneness, a field beyond pain and pleasure. Presence.

And! We will being to explore our true creative longing. That joy you had as a child, as a teen, as a grown woman, still. Painting, singing, dancing, playing music, writing, sculpting, cooking, creating beauty at home…. Becoming the artists of our own lives. Creation from a deep, deep place.

I truly believe that we are all born artists and that we are here to express our unique tone of voice out into the world for all to hear. Reclaiming our true wild nature as innocent creators.

We will explore medicine in the most grounded way - natural remedies such as herbs, roots and plants, essential oils, fruits (happy enzymes!), natural plant medicines as the heart opening power of cacao - and look into the science of mitochondrial health (those little grains of wisdom that reside in our cells as the energy power houses and that also carry a lot of our stress response dna) with adaptogens, meditations and release practices.

For you who want to go even deeper in the hormonal side there is the opportunity of testing hormones, gut flora and systemic inflammation in functional medicine methods (DUTCH plus, GI MAP and IPA tests) which we can do during or prior to the program. I will also recommend blood samples that we can look at to support overall health and especially the areas that usually go out of balance in women.

In the energetic teaching sessions, we will dig deep into the energetics of Unity - of true merger between feminine and masculine energies within, with a partner and life around you.

Exploring the feminine and masculine essences of Being Human, to use our mind’s light and heart’s openness to bring ourselves forth into the world ~ our mission, vision and highest purpose.

Journeying in the body, the heart and the soul to un:cover and discover who we truly are as spiritual and feminine beings.

Illumined Programs was born from a deep longing to bring a true holistic approach, intuition, ancient eastern wisdom and powerful healing practices into western medical sciences. There was also a longing to share this in a group format, as it both allows us to be truly heard, seen and held in community, and keeps us accountable on our journey together. Last but not least, it makes this work available to a greater amount of people longing for deep healing and truth.

The programs keep creating themselves moment to moment. It is for all of us. Us in need of healing, us who want to learn how to support others or who already are on a mission to do so ~ and us change-makers and thought leaders beyond the traditional spectrum of healthcare.

Illumined is a community. A circle of like-minded humans on a journey of healing. It is a new and radical approach to healing that fuses western science and eastern soul in a way never done before. It is a journey home.

Embarking on a Journey through the energy body with the intelligence of chakras ~ supporting and releasing energy in each as well as cleansing, nourishing and releasing tensions in the physical body to create space for true growth, radiant health and inner joy.

We dive deep into what supports the body to heal from within and apply the wisdom of the elements to create an individual routine for nutrition and food, meditation practice, Ayurvedic and yogic rituals, and pure healing. 

Beginning with a deep and powerful ancient practice to cleanse & detox, for the bodies ~ physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual, allowing space to be filled with full spectrum health and the pure light of being. Can’t wait too share this with you!

I am so grateful to create this in intuitive channeling together with the amazing teachers I’ve had the blessing to study and practice with ~ I am also in gratitude to the insights of modern school medicine learned in medicinal school, infused with the wisdom of ancient eastern teachings, cognitive neuroscience and psychology, yogic tradition, quantum energetics, Ayurvedic medicine and through cultivation of the pure presence of Being.

Sharing with you bits of my own healing journey and how I’ve had the blessing to support others on their journey, too. This program is part of the foundation of an upcoming one year training to integrate all that Ive had the opportunity to learn and study so far, and to give you a platform in supporting others on their healing journeys, as well. We are all healers of the Earth.

In this journey, you will be fully supported on your path by me and the team, and we will gather weekly in community live and also support each other in a sacred group with ongoing sharing throughout the 9 weeks that we journey together.
