    The amicable separation is between two branches of the founding family with Adi Godrej and brother Nadir Godrej on one side and their cousins Jamshyd Godrej and Smita Godrej Crishna on the other. The latter two are brother and sister.

    Nadir Godrej is optimistic about cattle feed and aquafeed segments, emphasizing premium, efficient products with R&D results for sustainability. Muted margin performance may be affected by the hot summer, but good monsoon projections offer hope for the future. Nadir Godrej says: " because of the high quality of our feeds, we expect the margins will be quite good."
