How to fertilize Dischidia Nummularia
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Dischidia Nummularia after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Any ideas on what the spots are on the leaves? Hi there, I recently got this plant and it was apparently imported and may have suffered a bit with transportation. It has these dry spots (?) on the leaves and just want to see if anyone else has had this show up on their plant. Tips getting this plant happier would be appreciated too!

Do any of y'all find that the app asks you to water way more often that's needed? Example: my dischidia dragon jade I water only every few months but asks me to water every week

New to app Hi Greg community! I am brand new to the app, but not to plants. Before I deep dive and add all my plants to this app, I have a question about the watering. No matter what size container or when I watered last, all the plants I have added so far have an upcoming watering “in five days.” I am wondering if that will adjust based on the plant needs or is it a generic once a week water requirement. I am still searching for a plant app that works for me. I love the community part of this app but I also like to have each plant requirements listed. Tell me what you love about Greg that makes it better than other apps. I added a picture of my daughter’s Watermelon plant Flora that I keep teasing her I am going to steal. I have my own but hers is gorgeous. Pic just for interest. Thanks!

Experiences with butterfly propagation method vs other methods? I am looking for tips on propagating some cuttings of plants with pretty small leaves. Due to all the various holiday sales, I found some incredibly priced cuttings of variegated string of hearts, and added on a string of frogs, million hearts, string of nickels, and ficus pumila minimus variegated, and dischidia Geri cuttings. I know these aren’t all the same types of plants. Some have those paired leaves on the vines (“string of” plants), others don’t (pumila, millions hearts, and dischidia). I am looking for maximum growth over the next 3 months propagating them. Not merely length, but to create fullness in a plant, as I am trying to grow them, and plant them in small pots for my sister for her birthday at the end of Feb. #shesmysoilsistertoo Would you be willing to tell me what you know and any tips/tricks you learned to help this project be successful? #StringOfHearts #stringoffrogs #stringofnickels #millionhearts #ficuspumilaminimus #dischidiageri #PropagationStation
