‘Betty Sheffield Supreme’ (1D-001) is no such thing, though it may be one of the Betty Sheffield sports. Should be white with pink towards the margin.

‘Gladys Wannamaker’ (1D-008) is not worth growing as the flowers spoil before fully opening.

‘Purple Emperor’ (1D-023) is a synonym for ‘Julia Drayton’; the plant has now been relabelled to the latter.

‘Shiragiku’ (1D-026) is of Japanese origin.
