'Just Digital Copy' is received in A4 size, in two files (PNG and PDF) in high resolution (300DPI) which allows you to always have it on hand, be able to print it out at any desired size up until A2 size without quality being lost and place it in a frame of your choice. If you require the digital file to be a specific size for scaling or are having any issues, please reach out via email.

'Fine Art Prints' are framelss prints, printed on high quality glossy photo paper - All ready for you to place in a frame of your choice.

'Framed Prints' are ready to display as soon as they arrive. Choose between our three available sizes (small, medium, large), in our 5 available finishes (white, oak, black, brushed platinum, brushed gold).

ORIENTATION
Please note that portraits will be orientated (vertical or horizontal) as per what best fits the image provided to fill the most space. This will be left up to our professional recommendation unless otherwise requested by you in the 'Additional Information' section. This is because when illustrated, certain orientations may cause the illustration to have significant white space in the background or reduce the size of your main subjects causing loss of detail.

MAT INSERTS
Mat inserts create an additional border around your portrait when displayed in a frame. It is standard that all portraits do not come with a mat insert unless otherwise selected (which will be at no additional charge). Please note that mat inserts are only availble for medium and large sized frames.

ACCESSORIES
All illustrations are completed as per the photo provided, if you wish to remove accessories or items from the illustration, please make note of this in the 'Additional Notes' section

We do not include packing slips, invoices or prices with our products, so you are able to send your portraits/prints directly to your loved ones and add in a personalised heartfelt message to make it extra special.

Illustrated Background
Every illustration comes with a standard white backround with a dropshadow or a coloured background if specified. If you wish to have the background as seen in the photo illustrated, please select "Illustrate background".

Digital Files
Wanting to purchase a framed or printed version but wish to have the files always on hand and be able to share it with your family + friends? Recieve a high resolution PNG and PDF file of your portrait for as little as $5!

Preview Before Receiving
This add on allows for you to have the oppurtunity to view your portrait/print before receiving it, along with the oppurtunity to make up to 3 minimal amendments to ensure you are happy with your final!

Our portraits and prints are printed on thick 240gsm art stock high gloss paper, with commercial grade inks. This allows for the colours to remain vibrant and ensure the longevity of your print.

Our wooden frames are made out of sturdy 3 - 4 cm thick wood and our brushed metal frames are made out of solid aluminium. Both styles are fitted with a museum grade glass front to protect your prints from dust, UV rays and scratches.

Within Australia we offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all of our orders. With dispatch times and delivery timeframes please allow for up to 13 to 15 business days to receive your order. For digital files, please allow for up to 5 - 7 business days for completion.

Need it quicker? We suggest adding our Fast Track option and/or Express Shipping for an addittional $10 at checkout for physical prints.
