Hello!
I am Kaylee — a writer, painter, digital artist + photographer.
I am from Northern California + have grown up in Nashville, Tennessee. I found a love for the arts as a teenager, taking up watercolor + writing poetry. As an adult, I have found myself refining these talents + using them as a source of expression and creativity.
I have always been deeply nostalgic. I find peace in reliving moments + memories in my head, using them to fuel my creative endeavors. Writing has allowed me to express feelings and nostalgia while freeing me to move forward + not get stuck in the past.
I recently returned to the States after spending 10 months in Helsinki, Finland. You can follow along my journey in writing, painting, documenting life from an artist’s perspective + learning to find balance in it all.
