It’s abt being powerless but still in control of ones peace of mind, virtues and happiness for others & knowing stuff could go down at any moment, its not as much a coping mechanism as it is a defense mechanism & shield utilized by marginalized people so we can exist in a system not built for us while maintaining some semblance of humor and tradition
