Abstract
This case report describes the differential diagnosis of cutaneous ulcerations and the utility of the interferon-γ release assays as a tool to aid in the diagnosis. These new assays can be used to identify mycobacterial infections (specifically Mycobacterium marinum) as the etiologic agents.
