Abstract

In the previous chapter, we constructed the sound pressures p(x, t) of both traveling waves and standing waves based on the acoustic wave equation. In this chapter, you will learn how to calculate flow velocity u(x, t), acoustic intensity, and specific acoustic impedance for given sound pressure.
