Was brought into this business, from Ohio, for a BBQ class. Outside of having a great facility to put on culinary classes, the store offers a great selection of cooking equipment and ingredients for casual cookers and professionals. I was happy that I could load up on spices and rubs, items that are not sold local to where I'm from, and it saved me a bunch of money versus ordering off of Amazon and/or paying to have someone else ship to me. Must stop for anyone that cooks or barbecues that is in need of supplies!
