Worst one I've been to! 6 adults in our group. Paid for the fast pass and skipped the line for $30 extra dollars. Not even two seconds later 14 kids came in behind us and were screaming and laughing talking so we let them go because we came there to have fun not to babysit and just go walk through and not have fun. My husband leaned on a chair and the actor yelled get off the props as loud as they could!! He apologized we started going and the actor from the previous room was like NO y'all have to go right now!! Let's go NOW! We are like why he apologized and got right off of it? And started calling the lady manager we explained he leaned on a chair and we apologized to her right then and we apologized to the staff again and she said let's go! Like we were getting arrested. We told her we would like our money back she said y'all will get your money back. Go to the front and the guy main manager is there and we said we just want our money back and he said your not getting it back. After explaining 10 minutes that all he did was lean on a chair to let the other pass he finally agreed but not willingly he said "I don't need y'all's money" then why even have this open? The lady manager butted in and said no they threaten staff which we never did and cussed she wasn't even there when we were getting yelled at by staff!! We did NONE OF THAT! She was on a power trip and was determined that we needed to leave making up stuff so we would get kicked out! Could not believe that even happened!! Get a better manager and care about your customers more!!

The staff there is very unprofessional and they also like to say things that are not true. When our group didn't do anything wrong. All we did was pay the fast pass to be able to go ahead of other people but we got shoved in there with 14 kids and they try to say that was part of our group whenever it was not part of our group. We had a group of six and we stood aside to let other people go ahead which was the 14 people and we got yelled at saying get off the props whenever all we did was stand next to it and lean on it. Maybe for 2 seconds One of the worst places to ever go. I would not recommend this to anyone. The manager lady decided to yell at us and calls more issues then told us that we weren't going to get our money back once we got back to the front. Even though she told us that inside the haunted house we would get our money back. They also said that they didn't need our money or anyone's money for that matter.

Excellent place with great customer service. The scares were good and there were lots of games to play.

Went last weekend with a group of 11. There's a long line to get in (normal of a haunted anything this time of year). Once you get through the line you step into another line..... but you can skip it for an extra five dollars per person.
The areas are creative overall but the problem is that there's either one person staffing them or no one at all. You'll go through an entire area and no one will be there. Very disappointing at $15 a person.
The ending is also AWFUL. Full of people and very poorly executed.
The only reason I gave it two stars is because the areas are decorated well.
Would not recommend. Devils Dungeon downtown in better in my opinion.

The attraction itself is large and well maintained. The actors who were there did a great job. There are two problems I experienced here, however.

The first is the wait. If you go to Bloody Acres, spring the extra five bucks for the fast pass. Our group arrived at 8:30, we entered the attraction at 10:20. This was almost night ruining, as the event itself only takes around half an hour to get through. As you can probably imagine, the groups they let in had to be fairly large to keep the line moving. Twenty people in a line walking through doesn't allow time for the actors to reset in their scenes, meaning that only the people in front are scared. Everyone else knows it's coming. Some rooms were empty, from actors chasing groups ahead of ours, and when we came through we caught the actors on their way back to reset. This isn't the actor's fault. It would just be nice if there were a way to have smaller groups travelling through at a more staggered rate. There were also choke points where groups would gel together. A way to keep groups moving is a necessity for a place like this.

The second problem was that they seemed understaffed. There were several empty rooms and walks during the tour. I don't know if the actors were on break in those rooms, or if there just wasn't enough staff. There are portions of the tour that take you through almost pitch black stretches of woods. This seems like an easy place to have floating actors ambushing groups out of the trees. Something to liven up these dead portions would help the experience tremendously.

Overall, it was a good experience, I would recommend it if you like haunted house attractions. Just be sure to buy the fast pass.

Sucked and they don't even have prices on the website. You have to call. Well, I called and they told me $15. When my daughter and her uncle and cousins got there, it was $25 a piece and took less than 5 minutes to go through "13 acres" according to their website. Thouroughly disappointed and I wouldn't recommend this place for ANYONE! It's a HUGE waste of $$, and a waste of 5 minutes of your life.
