Let me start by saying that finding the right insurance company has been a journey.
When I called this office, I spoke with Chelsea, and right off the bat, I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. She's amazing and so helpful. She is kind, she knows what she's doing, she is professional but personable, and I appreciate those qualities a lot. She got me a great bundle rate that fits all of my needs. It's affordable, and I know she'll be there when I need her.
This is a great office, pleasant to work and overall, it was just a really great and easy experience.

I've been with this office for about half a year now and the staff is very friendly! when I got my windsheild fixed, the process was quick and the agent made the understand the claims process really clearly. Thank you to everyone at this office!

I always work directly with the office staff and they are always friendly and kind and able to quickly answer my questions. They have been able to send documents as soon as requested and everything is explained well. Customer for over 15 years.

I love my state farm insurance but this agents office is nothing short of incompetent. They messed up my out of state transfer, they misquoted me premiums more than once, took them 5 times to get my address correct, and they have me paying more than double my monthly premium to fix their three months of screw ups. If you want State Farm I would suggest any agent but this one.
