I learned about Kreiss from a designer friend who swore they make the most comfortable and quality sofa you can buy. I have been in the market for a replacement of my RH sofa that I have been unhappy with since the day it was delivered, and am so happy I discovered this amazing gem!

From the minute I stepped in the showroom, the team's professionalism and passion for quality furniture was apparent. The showroom itself is stunning, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the craftsmanship of each piece.

I could not be more thrilled with how my sofa turned out and it immediately became the centerpiece of our home, everyone who comes over asks where it's from. Thank you Kreiss!

Nice product but had to wait 6-8 weeks beyond our "estimated" delivery dates. (Ordered in July and last pieces showed up in January)
Our Kreiss rep had poor communication and multiple excuses.

We will not be a repeat customer of Kreiss furniture.

I found Kreiss through their Instagram videos and called the store. I spoke to a really friendly lady and made an appointment to go over the layout of my condo. The store is gorgeous, everything is light and bright and neutral. Soothing vibe that I love. The couches are insanely comfortable and well made. The furniture is heavy and made locally. I was able to customize everything. I didn't have the budget to do everything all at once and started with my couch and dining table. The order process was easy and I'm ecstatic with the results. I love working with the team over there and can't wait for phase 2. THANK YOU!

I ordered a dining room table and chairs, couch and 2 side chairs for our home in Verrado. I am happy with the furniture. My reason for 3 stars is the lack of communication. I send numerous emails regarding the status of my order after being told I would have the furniture by Thanksgiving. (Ordered mid-August) I received no responses. When I called I was told they would follow-up with the factory and get back to me. No followup again.
When the furniture arrived I received a call from delivery people stating they were 20 minutes out. ( week after Thanksgiving) I had no idea they were delivering that day as no communication from Kreiss.
One of the dining room chairs was left at the factory. I was told it would ship out on 12/12. I held back money for chair even though they said it was "not how they do business" I needed to pay full amount due even though the chair had not shipped. Well, 12/12 came and went no call no information on missing chair. When I called on 12/15, I was told it did not make it on the truck. Next week it will be shipped. When I asked why no one called me they apologized and stated they were not sure why I was not called.
The chair arrived on 12/21 with some minor scratches. The scratches were taken care of by the delivery company 2 days later.

The absolute best service and quality furniture you can find. Ask about their sectionals!

Kreiss is my favorite furniture store. I love the style and the couches are so comfortable. My mom had one that she gave to me after years of having it. I enjoyed it so much and was so happy to finally buy my own recently. Everyone is so nice and the couch is heaven. THANK YOU

I typically don't write reviews but I have been unhappy with this company from the very beginning. I paid altogether nearly $30000 for four pieces of furniture. While I do not mind paying for good quality, I felt Dianna was deceptive and did not mention additional fees for shipping, delivery, etc. it is not always standard for these additional charges so I was upset that they were never mentioned until after getting a signature. I also was very specific about wanting the light fixture and stone specs advertised in the online furniture display to which Dianna ensured she would get me following purchase. This did not happen. I decided to drop this and move on, but when it finally came time for delivery, Dianna reached out for the remaining balance and I told her due to my long work hours and residency program I was unable to make it to the shop until after the 14th (I like to pay cash). I then received a call from their delivery personnel to drop off the furniture so I accepted a time. Dianna then frantically called as if it was my fault their delivery personnel delivered prior to the balance collection. I she then proceeded to send multiple text about if my husband (who travels frequently for work) could drop off the money or if they could send someone (mind you I am in residency). I found it to be very unprofessional and distasteful especially since I was very clear even prior to delivery about my availability. I will never purchase from or recommend this company ever again. I believe they are not honest and unprofessional. I have found much better companies for my remaining furniture needs.

Very welcoming store and Diane really knows what she's talking about. It's definitely on the high end, however, the furniture is beautiful.

I am a Designer with over 30 years experience in the Interior Design and Construction Design Industries, recently relocated to Scottsdale, Az.

On a recent outing I noticed a marquee with the brand name Kreiss and had to make an unplanned stop to see if it was the company I remember so well from the early 90's.

It was! ..but with a few changes. The ownership is still in the family and those wonderful trend setting contemporary designs from way back then are still available and updated to meet and set new trends in furniture.

Their in-store representative Diana was excellent. She emulated the classy yet relaxed and professional attitude the previous showrooms always had ( their San Francisco Showroom used to be my favorite ).

Back in the early 90's Kreiss was the Brand to have and many companies tried to emulate both the style and quality but none really ever seemed to match the luxury of the Kreiss Brand.

Seeing the old styles still available and being able to sit in, see, touch and feel their new styles is really an exciting thing for this long time designer.

I look forward to doing new business with them here in Scottsdale!

Absolutely amazing collections that will make any luxurious house a luxury home! The staff is very professional and helpful definitely visit the showroom next time you're in Scottsdale!
