      Oh. Em. Gee.

I saw a tattooed camoflauged man go into this store, as a child came out with his father. A child. *Shakes head*.

This place is pretty cool though. For all you blood-thirsty, Kill Bill watching, secret Sydney-Sider pirates, this place is going to seem like Christmas. The store is filled with knives, guns, swords (samurai and other) bayonettes, camoflauge, dirks, and various other brutal, lethal, cutting and murdering devices. Every 15 year old kid will want a look, and every mother will curse its name.

I'm not fifteen, but I did love to have a look-see. Its just amazing to see a $1000 sumarai sword, even behind glass. I dread the people who buy anything, and I'm not sure about how I feel about the man running the place. Why would you provide the general public with these things?

But it really does strike a lot of interests.

If you're into this sort of thing, come and see It for yourself. Wow.

being that this is the only gun shop in sydney. two big thumbs up. great mix of the film 'the lost boys' and greasy smelly bits of history we are still lucky enough to have and hold!

also kudos for not just being a retail shop, but barracking for the sport and community as well. cheers, guys.

hopolophobes and people who just can't be adults and dont' trust other people to be adults and teach children properly should really just stay away.

perhaps avoiding history museums might be advised for the especially faint of heart. actually don't read anything about human history or personal development... contents may offend! just remember that you get to sleep safe in your beds at night due to the fact that grownups have and had to do some hard work on your thankless behalf.

this place happens to be a bit of history thrown in with the ability to actually own.

i get a thrill every time looking at pieces of technology from the past and think of the amazing stories behind them and where the particular piece may have travelled throughout the world. historic firearms and weapons are just one of the amazing gifts from the past we are able to enjoy in this day and age.

Having been a customer I can assure people, The store doesnl' sell weaponry to the irresponsible. As a serious collector of old militaria and firearms it is heaven for me. Rare spares, renewed military rifles, even obsolete ammunition can be found.

Those interested in shooting seriously as a member of a Military Firearms Club (and SSAA has a number of ranges with associated MFC Disciplines competing) this is the place to kit up. They have some venerable articles well worth drooling over. I know many people want to be nine mile snipers, with the latest in tactical kit, but shooting competitively with grandad's old gun from the war is a real challenge.

As always, to purchase firearms you need to be a licensed shooter, with appropriate permits to acquire things. For knives and bayonets likewise, Go in, talk with the staff, ask about shooting clubs near you, and training courses. And don't forget to salivate appreciatively over the firearms on display. I saw a refurbished1903 Springfield sniper rifle in the store catalog the other day.

Just into knives and pointy things - well, I pity you. But they are here if you are looking for that hard to find collectible. Don't expect a bargain though, as the staff know what things are actually worth. You won't find a hidden treasure at a huge discount, but you will find some great collectibles.
