Luce's Chimney & Stove Shop

Our experience working with Luce's has been excellent! In January (middle of winter) we discovered a significant roof leak around our chimney. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and before it leaked again they came out and installed a chimney liner, flashing on the roof around the chimney, and a new chimney cap.

This has successfully halted the active leaking. They also worked with us to set up a plan for further measures to address longer term problems, should that be necessary.

The team that came out to do the work was both personable and professional. They knew what they were doing and freely shared information. They were also very sensitive and amenable to wearing masks while inside the house when asked, because I had recently had a kidney transplant.

We bought a gas fireplace from Luce's several years ago and it has worked perfectly. We recently had an annual servicing performed on the unit - their technicians were friendly, experienced and professional. We have nothing but good things to say about Luce's and we highly recommend them for any fireplace/chimney purchases or service.

After 6 years we finally decided to clean our fireplace and chimney. I contacted Luce's fireplace. Two employees came out and they were very professional and most certainly efficient. They cleaned our gas logs, the fire wall and everything including the glass screen.

We were very impressed and will use Luce's fireplace again in the future. I highly recommend this company
