Palazzo's

Love the food here, great waitstaff. However, there is little to no atmosphere here. I have suggested a few times to the manager to put a simple candle or flower on the tables but it has never happened.

Even Though the vibe inside is lacking I still make few rare exceptions for the good pasta dishes.

Food was fairly average, not great but not bad. The appetizers literally came out with the entries. When we indicated our displeasure the server said "oh, you didn't want it that way?" Why would we have wanted that? The server came by a time or two but was basically uninterested. Took forever to get check then again to pay. To cap off a below average experience, they ran out of brownies which we'd already told my 7 yr old we'd get so now I have a disappointed kid.

Shhh! Happy hour is the best kept secret in the neighborhood. Thanks, Devin for taking such good care of us.

Devin is a fabulous bartender. He is attentive; he'll chat if you want to chat, but he is always cognizant of his customers' needs.

I went with four ladies to lunch Saturday, December 17, 2018. We were seated not far from the kitchen which was fine initially. However, there was a person in the kitchen pounding on meat and or chicken incessantly. It was like eating at a construction site. We mentioned the annoyance to the waiter and he said they were preparing for future meals. In other words, the hammering and/or pounding continued throughout our dining experience. We will NEVER return and will share our experience with those we care about as well as online.

Stopped in for happy hour the other day. The bartender, Devin, was incredibly hospitable and had an incredible wine selection. 10/10 would highly recommend

Dining here tonight and watching very diligent sanitation of tables between seatings. Double hit on chairs and tables with disinfectant. I'm impressed.

The pizza is amazing!!!!! Try the Anastasia with pesto, artichoke, and tomatoes. The crust is to die for!!!

Grilled veggie plate is a great low carb / vegan option! House salad was also great

After our DoorDash driver gave our order to the wrong person and drop the ball on trying to correct it. We called Palazzo's and they corrected my order and delivered it themselves. The food is delicious and I will always call directly if I want to order. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant to go to in the Westchase area stop in and check them out!
