      My company uses them as a managed support service. I have been on with them for literally hours but though it sometimes takes a few phone calls, I will say whatever needs to be done always gets fixed. Everyone there is polite and helpful and all local to the United States. We have recommended them to other businesses as well.

      I used to be a computer science major and I think I am somewhat savvy when it comes to computers. That is until I sit down with Rick and realize how knowledgeable the man is and how vulnerable I truly am.

      Rick and his staff at ProTechnical are very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They have helped us with computer backup and the process was effortless. I feel much better knowing my computer is backed up. They are truly professionals you can trust.

      Great service!

      Rick fixed my wife's laptop in one afternoon after I had literally spent days on the internet trying to figure out the problem (mousepad was not responding correctly and the pointer would quiver and drift across the screen on its own)...

      Next time I have a computer issue, ProTechnical will be my first call.

      Understanding the importance of my computer to my business and school work , Pro Technical made being without a computer for a couple days as good as it could be. They communicated the timeline, kept me informed of the process being made on my computer, and called the minute my computer was ready for pickup.

      The staff is great and very helpful. I liked Rick and his Pro Technical team so much I referred my mother-in-law to them and then my wife when her laptop needed fixing as well. Thanks Pro Technical!

      Greg and the staff are on top of their game. They have helped us on multiple occasions with promptness and courtesy. As a process guy, I am very jealous of the effectiveness and efficiency of his entire process from request to payment and beyond. I would highly recommend this team for all my advanced IT needs.

      In the past when we have upgraded software or purchased new computers the transition was always a rough process with downtime and several problems arising after installation. Upon hearing Microsoft was no longer supporting XP and we would have to go through the process of installing new computers my mind instantly imagined the worst. Thankfully I found Rick at ProTechnical he assured me he would make the process as smooth and painless as possible and he was absolutely right. They ordered our new computers, picked up our back office computer and transferred our software and data to the new computers. They came out and installed the new back office computer, once they were assured everything was running smoothly they came in after hours to install our two work stations. That simple no down time or problems afterward, all at a great price! I would highly recommend Rick and his team at ProTechnical
