Stazione Materdei - Metropolitana Linea 1

Stazione Materdei is a convenient short walk from the apartment we're renting. From here, we can go anywhere on the Metro in Naples -- I used it today traveling to and from Stazione Museo, yesterday from Duomo. The station is is not very welcoming, and the ticket machines did not accept credit cards today.

I was there at the opening ceremony years ago. Their strong red-blue contrasts was so intense I cannot forget. After years I notice a sad lack of care for this Metro and his POP-Art monuments and posters. I suggest to visit it anyhow
