I will never use these guys again - they were rude, sloppy, and had very little organisation skills - fancy going to meet a prospective client without taking their phone number and choosing not to call them when needing to leave. I was running 15 minutes late, but to tell the agent this I had to call the office, who had to call the agent on site. Fine - you don't want customers to have your phone numbers. But you're an agent - so withhold your number and call me when you decide to leave the property. Don't just leave and don't tell me, and say you waited 20 minutes when I was there before then! I asked for a call back - nothing. Landlords/vendors, if this is who is representing you, I'd rather not view your properties..

I have been searching for a property in a specific area of Epsom and have viewed a couple, both of which I would have put an offer in for had I found a buyer for my current home..both viewings were problem free and the agent was on time and informative..I do get propertys sent that are outside my remit but you never know they might fluke one that my wife and I really love so I don't have a problem with that tactic..the worst thing I can say about Cairds is that they always bother and that cannot be a bad thing can it?

I've been trying for 3 weeks to view a house in Epsom via Cairds and it is proving impossible. When I call I get passed around, they take my details and then never call me back. When I chase they say that their diaries are full and suggest I call back next week. If I was selling my house I would be very disappointed that a buyer ready to proceed cannot get an appointment. They must be under-staffed. I would not recommend dealing with Cairds.
