One of the steps I took to improve my mental well-being was to join an online course on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In addition to introducing me to the benefits of meditation and mood tracking, this course prompted me with reflective questions. One of them asked me to name three “things I could not do without”. It was the start of a journey that is now culminating in this article.
