Description
3′-6′ tall native perennial. Foliage resembles bear claws. Yellow composite flowers are produced all summer long. Good nectar plant for butterflies. Large seeds are favored by birds. Prefer average to dry circumneutral soil. Sun or part shade.
We maintain small quantities of Bear’s Feet in pots but have more growing in beds around the nursery. If we have any potted up, we will send those out. If we do not, we will pot them up and send them once they are showing new growth. This may take a few weeks.
