Warren Everett Heath, III

Essex - Warren Everett Heath III, 81, of Essex passed away on November 28th surrounded by family.
Born in Beverly, he was the son of the late Warren Everett and Pauline Heath of Manchester-by-the-Sea. Raised in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Warren spent much of his youth and early adult years as a commercial fisherman. He worked alongside his father for many years gill netting, Scottish Seining and lobstering off the coast of Manchester and Gloucester. He was married to Patricia M. Heath for 49 years, and with her started his family in Essex. During this time, he owned and operated Skippers Galley Restaurant with his brother, Brian, and the help of extended family. He retired from Dawson's Hardware (Aubuchon) in 2020, after 10+ years of service.
Warren is survived by his wife, Patricia of Essex, his son Matt and his wife, Jackie Heath of Hamilton and their two children, Ella (10) and Matthew (12), and his brother Brian Heath and his wife, Fatima of Marco Island, FL and Rockport, MA. Additionally, Warren is survived by his loving nieces and nephews, Kimberlie O'Connell of Gloucester, Kristy Heath of Hamilton, and his nephews Justin Heath of Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Jay of Okemos, MI. In addition to his parents, Warren was predeceased by his first son, Alexander Heath (18), and his brother, Calvin Heath of Essex (51).
Warren was a devoted father to Matt and Aleck, husband to Pat, and grandfather to Matthew and Ella. He enjoyed being with his family most. An avid sports fan, he relished the opportunity to watch his sons compete; he and his wife, Pat, never missed a football, baseball, or hockey game. In his later years, health issues prevented him from attending his grandchildren's contests, but he loved hearing Ella and Matty discuss their games. His family will miss him dearly.
His funeral service will be at Campbell-Porter Funeral Home, 6 High St., Ipswich, on Thursday, December 7th, at 12 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. An hour of visitation will be held prior from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Burial will be at Spring Street Cemetery in Essex. Information, directions, condolences at www.campbell-porter.com.

Plant a tree: How does it work

When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.

An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.

After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.

Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.
