Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade, fiancé keep their distance during Lollapalooza: eyewitness

Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade wasn’t looking very loved up with her fiancé on a recent night out.

The “Just A Little Shady” podcast host, 27, who announced she was engaged to Evan McClintock in February, hit up Tao Chicago for Metro Boomin’s performance Friday night.

However, an insider tells Page Six that the newly engaged couple appeared to keep their distance from each other.

“Hailie arrived with her fiancé and five or six friends before Metro Boomin came on stage,” an eyewitness tells us.

“She sat between two of her girlfriends and Evan stood on the other side of the table in the VIP section of the club.”

While the pair may have been spending time with their respective friends, the insider notes it “seemed odd” that they only exchanged “a few words with each other” over the course of several hours.

“She didn’t seem to be in very high spirits,” the eyewitness adds.

Shortly before leaving the Chicago hot spot around 3 a.m., the group was seen chatting to Drake’s lawyer, Steve Reisman.

The famed attorney, known as “Two Dollar Steve” due to his reputation for giving away the rare bill, handed $2 stacks to all of the ladies at the table.

Page Six has reached out to Hailie Jade’s rep for comment.

McClintock, 27, previously revealed he got the “Lose Yourself” rapper’s blessing to marry his daughter, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Scott.

“Over the holidays, I was looking for an opportunity not to make it too obvious,” he explained during an episode of the “Just a Little Shady” podcast in February.

McClintock, who dated Hailie Jade for six years before getting down on one knee, said he was thinking about proposing since last summer.

However, since the Grammy winner’s daughter celebrates her birthday on Christmas Day, he revealed that it was the perfect time to steal Eminem, born Marshall Mathers, away for a moment to ask him for his blessing.

“I saw your dad go downstairs, and I’m like, ‘I gotta do it right now, or I’m not doing it today, and I’m gonna have to schedule another time,'” McClintock recalled.

“So I just followed him downstairs, and, thankfully, he was just down there getting your cake and I made it happen.”

Hailie Jade announced their engagement in a sweet Instagram post, writing, “casual weekend recap…  2.4.23,” alongside a photo of the pair popping champagne

McClintock, who met his future wife in 2016 at Michigan State University, made his first appearance on her Instagram page in December of that year as they celebrated her birthday together.
