Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer wear their hearts on their sleeves.

While typically private about her relationships in the past, the Twilight alum has been extremely vocal about her affection toward fiancée Meyer.

Aside from their PDA pictures, which show their love for each other, Stewart opened up on The Howard Stern Show in November 2019 about their chemistry, describing it as "sick."

Meyer, a screenwriter, who the actress describes as "brilliant," and Stewart have a lot in common. Stewart joked with host Howard Stern about how they both "felt like trolls as kids," in addition to sharing a love for Los Angeles.

Stewart noted that marriage "never did [appeal to her]," before she met Meyer. "When you know, you know," she added.

Stewart admitted to the Associated Press in May 2019 that she struggled to define her sexuality in the past. "I felt this huge responsibility, like one that I was really genuinely worried about if I wasn't able to say one way or the other."

She continued, "The fact that you don't have to now is, like, so much more truthful."

Prior to dating Meyer, Stewart was previously linked to Twilight costar Robert Pattinson, stylist Sara Dinkin, and model Stella Maxwell over the years.

2013: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer first meet on set

Stewart and Meyer casually met on the set of a 2013 movie. Six years later, they reunited at a friend's birthday party where they hit it off. During her appearance on The Howard Stern Show in November 2019, Stewart recalled her first impression of Meyer, saying, "Where have you been and why have I not known you?"

Stewart explained that although they both lived in L.A., their paths just never formally crossed. However, the day after they reconnected, she said it was "like all bets were off."

August 2019: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer spark romance rumors

In August 2019, Stewart was photographed kissing Meyer on a street curb in New York City. The picture was captured just a month after Stewart and ex-girlfriend Maxwell, who split in December 2018, were spotted kissing in Italy.

October 2019: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer go Instagram official

Meyer made her relationship with Stewart Instagram official when she posted an adorable black and white photo of the two kissing on Oct. 27, 2019.

"Find me under the covers hiding from the happiness police. 🖤," the screenwriter captioned the post.

November 2019: Kristen Stewart opens up about being in love with Dylan Meyer

Stewart explained to Stern the extremely cool and candid way she told Meyer "I love you" for the first time.

"The first time I told her I love her it was really late and we were in some shitty bar, and her friends were there or whatever and they walked out, and I was just like, 'Oh, man, I'm so f—ing in love with you.' Like, done," she said. "It wasn't like 'a thing,' and it also was so obvious."

Stewart also revealed her engagement plans on The Howard Stern Show in November 2019. When host Stern asked Stewart if she was in love, the actress confidently confirmed she was. She followed up saying that she was "absolutely" going to propose and that she "[couldn't] f––king wait."

Although tight-lipped about details, Stewart said, "I have a couple of plans that I know would be the coolest thing to do, that I think would be pretty undeniable."

September 1, 2020: Kristen Stewart takes over Dylan Meyer's Instagram to encourage fans to vote

Since Stewart did not have her own Instagram account, she used her girlfriend's platform on Sept. 1, 2020, to reach fans and encourage them to register to vote. Stewart posted a selfie to Meyer's page wearing a white T-shirt with "VOTE" spelled out in capital letters. "I turned the mic over to Kristen because she had some things to say and doesn't have her own account. Happy #nationalvoterregistrationday!" Meyer wrote in the caption, before Stewart's portion of the caption.

Stewart wrote: "For anyone that might need to let out a little aggression today… it is national register to VOTE day. I never do this but for anyone who has not registered to vote please take this opportunity to feel HEARD. And not hopeless."

On Nov. 3, 2020, Stewart shared another photo on Meyer's Instagram encouraging fans to get out and vote.

September 11, 2021: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer stroll through N.Y.C. together

After promoting her film Spencer at the Venice Film Festival, Stewart returned to New York City and enjoyed a Saturday afternoon walk with Meyer. The couple was photographed with iced lattes in hand as they strolled through the SoHo neighborhood.

November 2021: Kristen Stewart reveals she's engaged to Dylan Meyer

Stewart may have been the one who said she was "absolutely" going to propose, but it was Meyer who popped the question.

"It's not a given that I would be the one, you know what I mean? Like, with two girls, you never know, like, who's going to fulfill what weird f–––king gender role thing and we don't do that or think about it in those terms," Stewart explained to Stern during an interview on Nov. 2, 2021.

"So I was like, 'Wait, well, I'm not the one for sure.' And so I was kind of joking for a bit, like, 'No, I want to be the one to propose, like, I want to be proposed to' and then she just grabbed that bowl and made it happen. It was f–––king so cute," the actress continued.

Though Stewart didn't reveal any other details about the actual proposal, she did tell Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that Meyer "knocked it out of the park."

January 19, 2022: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer enjoy a day at Disneyland with friends

The couple spent the day at Disneyland with a group of friends, including Ashley Benson, on Jan. 19, 2022. Several friends in the group posted pictures from the day on social media. Benson posted a group photo to her Instagram story from inside the park's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge section. Family trips to Disney," Benson captioned the photo, which included both Stewart and Meyer.

January 24, 2022: Kristen Stewart talks about planning wedding to Dylan Meyer

Stewart shared a few updates regarding her wedding plans when she appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Jan. 24, 2022. She mentioned that she'd like to have a "big party or something," despite noting that she's "so unceremonial." On the other end, her spontaneity might get the best of her as she admitted, "I like to pivot."

"We might just go do it this weekend or something, I don't know, and then, like, just hang out with everyone afterwards," the actress said. "I just want to do it, you know? I'm not a good planner. I can't make plans for dinner."

February 14, 2022: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer play zombies on Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day, Meyer shared a photo with her fiancée as the two dressed up in zombie makeup together wearing matching pajamas. The couple, standing beside each other, wore coordinating sleep masks that read "dead tired" to complete the look. Meyer wrote in the caption, "I'll play dead with you any time, Valentine."

March 7, 2022: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer attend their first public event together

After keeping their relationship generally low-key, the two made their first public appearance together as a couple on March 7, 2022 as they attended an Oscars party hosted by The Hollywood Reporter. In one photo, Meyer could be seen staring lovingly at Stewart, who is up for Best Actress for her role in Spencer.

The couple made their red carpet debut when they stepped out for the 2022 Critics Choice Awards on March 13. Nominated in the best actress category for her role as the late Princess Diana in Spencer, Stewart was accompanied by Meyer when stopping for pictures — in which the two wrapped their arms around each other and posed cheek-to-cheek.

April 9, 2022: Dylan Meyer shares a birthday tribute to Kristen Stewart on Instagram

Meyer shared a sweet tribute to Stewart on Instagram in honor of her 32nd birthday. The post was a photo of the couple leaning in for a kiss over birthday cake. Meyer wrote in the caption, "Another one around the sun and you're out here getting flyer every year. Time looks good on you, dude. Ya know, as they say in the toons, 'awooga.'"

August 25, 2022: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer show off their fun fashion sense

Meyer shared a picture on Instagram of her and Stewart smiling and posing together. In the snap, Dylan wore a white T-shirt and glasses while Stewart was in a black shirt and matching baseball cap. April 9, 2023: Dylan Meyer celebrates Kristen Stewart's 33rd birthday

Meyer gave her "favorite Shrimp" a shout-out on her birthday.

"Sweetheart, I love you more than all the shades of green, all the phases of the moon, all the cats in LA. October 26, 2023: Kristen Stewart talks about her future wedding plans

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Stewart told host Andy Cohen that after she made her wishes known that she wanted celebrity chef Guy Fieri to officiate her wedding, he'd already volunteered, though she wasn't sure if she'd take him up on his offer.

"I think we're probably just going to marry each other and then call Guy and say, ‘You were here in spirit, babe,' " she said.

When it came to picking a wedding date, Stewart said that she and Meyer were probably going to "surprise ourselves."

February 14, 2024: Kristen Stewart talks about starting a family with Dylan Meyer

While speaking with Rolling Stone, Stewart revealed that she and Meyer are planning on having kids, even though she's "so f------ scared of childbirth." She said the wheels were already in motion for them to get pregnant, and they had already talked about carrying each other's embryos.

“I don’t know what my family’s going to look like, but there’s no f------ way that I don’t start acquiring kids,” she said. “And also, ideally at some point soon I go, ‘I want to have a kid.’ I really want that to happen.”
