 ROY BESKIN, CIC Roy is Vice President of Beskin & Associates Insurance, where he is the agency’s specialist when it comes to developing insurance programs for community associations. Roy currently oversees insurance services for over 400 Virginia community associations, mostly around the Richmond and Hampton Roads areas. Roy is very active in CAI and is a past SEVA Chapter Speaker of the Year. Roy began his insurance career after working for the Xerox Corporation, first as an Account Executive, then later being selected as a National Sales Trainer at Xerox’s National Training Headquarters in Reston, VA. A native of Norfolk, Roy received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 1973 and has done postgraduate work at ODU. Roy has two grown daughters and he currently lives in Virginia Beach with his wife Lorie and golden doodle Gretel. In addition to his success in business, Roy was honored by election to the Virginia Tech Sports Hall of Fame in 1993 for his exploits as a National Champion tennis player.  |
