From Backyard Gardener:  Rhododendron hybrida ( Fawn Glenn Dale Azalea ). Evergreen azalea developed primarily for cold hardiness along the mid Atlantic States. Fawn has large, showy, funnel-shaped, pink flowers with white throats. Bloom time is late April in warmer areas, and as late as early June where climate is cooler. Plant size ranges from tall and rangy to low and compact.
